Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Nutrition Intuition LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Nutrition Intuition provides personal chef and meal preparation services in the Scottsdale and Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area. Our services include weekly meal prep, private dinner parties, event catering, and custom meal planning.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS/text messages from Nutrition Intuition LLC:

• You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.
• You consent to receive appointment reminders, service updates, transactional alerts, and promotional messages.
• Message frequency varies based on your interaction with our services (typically 2-10 messages per month).
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Reply STOP to opt-out of messages at any time. You will receive a confirmation message.
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at hello@nutritionintuition.com.
• Your phone number and SMS consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking and Cancellation

• Services must be booked in advance through our website or by contacting us directly.
• A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Dietary Information and Allergies

You are responsible for providing accurate information about dietary restrictions, food allergies, and health conditions. While we take great care to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee that our food preparation areas are free from allergens. Please inform us of any severe allergies before booking.

Payment

• Payment is due as specified at the time of booking.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• Gratuity is not included but is appreciated for exceptional service.

Client Responsibilities

When using our in-home services, you agree to:

• Provide a clean and safe kitchen environment
• Ensure access to your home at the scheduled time
• Provide necessary kitchen equipment and storage containers as discussed
• Keep pets secured during service if requested

Limitation of Liability

Nutrition Intuition LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nutrition Intuition LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
